LITIGATION - civil
Kraus & Hummel provides experienced and successful litigation services at all levels of Massachusetts Courts, including appellate work up to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. DOMESTIC MATTERS
Kraus & Hummel is familiar with and is involved in all aspects of estate disputes and domestic matters and can assist you in developing strategies for a successful conclusion to any such dispute or issue.
PERMITTING
We have assisted clients in developing commercial and residential developments, including 40B projects, throughout the Commonwealth, from permitting projects as large as 200,000 square complexes to condominium developments and similar projects. We work collaboratively with engineers and planners to successfully complete even the most challenging of projects.
Manufactured Housing
Attorneys at Kraus & Hummel have represented manufactured housing communities, both owner/operated and resident owned for over 20 years and has been involved in all aspect of such matters including preparing organizational documents, summary process, buy-sell agreements, rules and regulations submissions, permitting, expansion and all other aspects of such unique real estate.

We have participated in countless Team Meetings and assisted clients with children in need for over twenty years, including hearings before the BSEA and matters leading to hearing.
