Kraus to Argue Again Before the Supreme Judicial Court

Attorney Kraus will be arguing before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts in the so-called Blake matter, which addresses the issue of whether “similarly situated” tenants under M.G.L. c.140, Section 32L(2) [manufactured housing law] are required to pay the same amount of rent, where the tenants entered the subject property years apart. The case has far reaching implications for manufactured housing and other landlord-tenant situations.
